Directions: Begin by taking one (1) capsule per day. For optimal results, take twice daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Do not take within six (6) hours of sleep. Do not exceed more than two (2) capsules per day.

Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headache, rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath.
